I recently went into a store to buy a new phone for my daughter. Somehow they mixed up our accounts and when it was straightened out I now had a new voice mail system on my phone. With the old one I could see a list of my new and saved messages with the name, number, date, time, etc. shown and I could select which one I wanted to listen to, erase, call back, etc. With the new system I have to enter a password (which I don't want), listen to them in order, have to stay on to hear the date and time stamp, never get a listing, etc., all of which is much less user friendly than the old system. I asked in the store if it could be changed back and they said no. The I got the same when I called customer service. Am I the only one who hate the new system and greatly prefers the old one? Has anyone been able to get the old one back and if so how?
