I have had my phone for over one year. I wanted to get a replacement phone because mine started to not work correctly back in Oct. of last year. I waited until today which is now 6 months later because the phone is worse now then ever. I had had the Insurance coverage for over one year and paid my dues. My claim was denied due to my Policy stating I should of filed the claim withing 90 days. Verizon has now lost a customer.
