Are there any disadvantages to switching to a new Verizon Plan?

We have two phones and one tablet under a More Everything plan sharing 6GB of data. I'm paying the following costs:

1 phone access fee (still under contract):      $40 Access Fee

1 phone out of contract:                                 $40 Access Fee (shouldn't this be lower??)

1 Tablet out of contract:                                 $10 Access Fee

6 GB Data:                                                     $70

Total                                                               $160/month

It looks like the Verizon Plan would have much lower access fees and only $60/month for the 6 GB data.

Are there any disadvantages to switching to the Verizon Plan?

You could have been paying $25 for line out of contract instead of $40 since it went out of contract.  Alas, this is no longer available. Switching to Verizon plan will reduce the out of contract phone to $20 and the 6 GB data to $60, saving $30.  For you it looks like an easy decision.  If you are using Verizon cloud 25GB free that can continue on Verizon plan, but you can no longer add it. That is only difference I know.
