The microphone won't open and the speaker and the earpiece don't put out any sounds whatsoever.
Any recent damage? Water or drops? You can try a factory reset. If that doesn't help, then you may have a hardware issue. But, I'd suspect it might be software related given the mic, ear, and speaker aren't working.
I agree that it's a software problem is there a firmware download I can flash to it? it's got 24.13.3 /su6 7.3 kk I haven't found anything
There are no longer any updates for that phone unfortunately.
