Why do we keep getting the " unfortunately voice mail has stopped error code 9007??? How can we stop it?? Both phones are updated to Marshmellow and have basic visual voicemail..
try to disable "power saving feature " off then power cycle see if that fix issue.
i think Notification panel then quick feature
Check the apps you have added. One may be having a conflict with another app. If you do that and it still has an issue I would call tech support.
Ruthie60, having a working device is crucial. We would like to learn more about the error you are receiving. What is being processed on the device just prior to this message showing up? Are you able to call *86 in order to check your voice-mail without any error messages?

Same here....extremely frustrating. Paying for Premium Visual VM and it does not work. This new update is awful and we shouldn't have to wipe out our phones as thy suggested. If you clear the app it only works for about an hour. :smileysad:
