I had to reset my phone today and now it only reads 3g instead of 4g LTE. How do I fix it?
Konibradley1, we want to make sure that everything is alright with your signal. Devices will naturally swap between 3G to 4G LTE depending on the strength of the signal. Do you normally only read as 4G LTE in the area that you are currently located in?
