Went to upgrade today. Most confusing time I have ever had. I have 3 lines. 1 was due for upgrade. I asked to use it for another line. Wasn't able to. Could if I paid 162.00.
I don't understand. Were you wanting to upgrade one line and activate the new phone on another line, or were you trying to transfer the upgrade itself? Or did you think the upgrade meant you would get a free phone? Please elaborate a little.
I wanted to upgrade my line with my wife's availability. I have a Samsung s5 for nearly 2 years. Her line was eligible but only has had her phone for 9 months iPhone 6.
She may have used my availability when she upgraded.
Just upgrade her line to get your phone and then activate it on your line.
