How can I find out where unknown calls came from?

How can I look back at previous bills and either find out who a unknown caller was and at least where the call came from?

you cant .,,if number was blocked or restricted or show private on caller id then you cant ..unless they left call back number in your voice mail

You can't see what the number is on an unknown call unless you have a service like TrapCall installed and running when the call comes in. These services come with a fee....

You may be able to determine the location by looking at the origin of the call on your bill. Go to your account, View Bill, and use the drop down to choose the billing period you want to view. Go to the Calls & Messages tab, then choose the line you want to view the details for. There is a text link that says "View additional call detail" and when yo click that, it will show you the origin of each call.
