Why won't Verizon fix this incredibly annoying visual voicemail problem? If I don't want it and don't want to pay extra, but I pay soooo much for my services and phones, why can't Verizon be helpful and customer focused?
I just want to press the voicemail icon that constantly shows up and use a normal feature I have been using for years.
What is the problem Verizon? Where is the customer focus?
