Order status

Could not cancel an order within an hour of placing it. Called customer service and they said they could put in a "manual" cancellation, not sure what that means. Order is still listed as processing and no shipping info has been sent. Not sure why I can't cancel. Any suggestions on anything else I can do?

Canceling an order should be easy as 1, 2, 3 NYDP77. Sorry to learn that you are having trouble getting this situation resolved here. We certainly want to ensure that this is handled. When you spoke with Customer Service did they advise of any cancelation number? The order will likely show processing until the end of the business day. Keep us posted if you don’t see it canceled be tomorrow.

Order is still listed as processing this morning. Customer service did not give me a cancellation number, said the could not cancel it the normal way but had to put in a "manual" cancellation.

Well tried for two days to cancel my order. Now I received an email it has been shipped. Nothing but lies from customer service. Verizon is quick to take your money but no service afterwards. Horrible.

It won't be delivered until Friday it tells me it's near Hong Kong. By Friday the promotion on the other phone will be over. The whole process has been a waste of time. Verizon really needs to take a look at how orders are cancelled.

Called Verizon Wireless Customer Service, they can not cancel shipment. Called FedEx, they said I can not cancel shipment and I need to contact Motorola. Motorola said they could not cancel. Absolutely unbelievable. Mind blown that this could not be cancelled. Zero communication between Verizon and Motorola. Verizon asked me today if "I" called Motorola, really???? Motorola is your business partner open up a line of communication with them. Will not accept shipment worried, do they automatically send it back since it has to go thru customs? It got shipped from China.

We certainly want this to be addressed properly. How was the order originally processed? We do not ship our devices internationally.
