I try to access this location with my verizon name and password and it will not let me enter.. is it because I need to add a feature from Verizon to be able to do this?

Are you trying to enter with your Verizon Wireless userid and password or Verizon Fios userid and password.
It is most likely asking for your cable provider userid and password to see if you have a valid cable subscription in order to get this service.
Verizon Wireless is a cellular provider. Verizon Fios is a cable provider.
If your cable provider is some other provider besides Verizon Fios, you would input that userid and password in order to access this service which is included in your pay TV subscription, not your cellular subscription.
