my phone screen is shattered...not sure what options I have?
Do you have insurance? If so, contact Verizon or Assurion and pay the deductible. If no insurance, use a local repair shop or send back to LG and pay for the repair. Local is cheaper and faster. You can also opt to buy another phone.
