Preordered Galaxy S7 on February 23rd and order status still shows "processing"

My girlfriend preordered the galaxy s7 in gold on February 23rd and her order status still shows "processing". She is going to miss the cutoff date to claim her free Gear VR or Gear S2 and she still doesn't have the phone. Is there anything that can be done about this?

I pre-ordered my Galaxy S7 Edge a couple days after you did, and my order is still processing as well.
