I have a Mifi 5510l Jetpack. My Cisco anyconnect VPN connects, then disconnects, then reconnects every 10 seconds. I know the problem is with the jetpack. How do I fix it? Bob Gensburg
I fixed the problem. I tossed the 5510L and went back to my 890 L.

Assuming you have the basics right: you have Reset the Jetpack using the reset button, disabled IPv6 and Content Delivery while everything else is the default and the Wi-Fi Password is correct on the client computer; what makes you think the Jetpack is at fault? Every VPN Client I’ve tried works on my 5510L. What error are you getting?

I use the jetpack at home. I used an HP mini with a Verizon 890l jetpack, without any problems. I switched to the 5510l, and the mini disconnected, reconnected, etc. I bought a Macbook air and have the same problem. I took the Macbook and the jetpack to my office. I get on a neighboring office's wifi and the Anyconnect works perfectly. I get on wifi through the jetpack and get the disconnect, reconnect problem. So, I concluded that the Anyconnect is fine and that the jetpack is the problem.
What is IPv6, Content Delivery, and and where do I find them?
Thanks.

Your first post suggests you’re using the wrong Wi-Fi Password. Have you disabled or turned off Anyconnect, to make the new Wi-Fi connection to the 5510L? You have to do this before you can access the 5510L and subsequently access the internet. Once Windows or the MAC sees the Jetpack, you should be able to use a browser to access the 5510L’s web interface at http://192.168.1.1 ?? Can you do this?
