Call forwarding to an Internet Based phone.

I have been trying to forward my work cell phone calls to my work desk phone and when people call they get a busy signal. When I have calls forwarded to other cell phones it works fine. What am I doing wrong? I have already forwarding from my account window and using *72.

To confirm, to setup the call forwarding are you using the following sequence- *722125551212send ? (Meaning only one 'send' at the end and including the 10digit phone number)
