We moved into our home 2 years ago. We only moved about 1 mile west. Since moving my cell service in my home is sketchy and often drops calls. Any suggestions?
Things you can try:
-If you have a newer phone that has HD Voice (VoLTE), try turning it off. On an iPhone this is the LTE setting - change it from Voice and Data to Data only.
-Again, if you have a newer phone, Voice of Wifi is being rolled out. I suspect iPhones will have Voice over Wifi after next weeks Apple event.
-Get a Network extender for $250 from Verizon - Currently only selling 3G device online. In my view, wifi calling will supersede the need for this in most cases.
-Consider a different provider
