FOR 2 DAYS NOT I CAN'T SENT PICTURES VIA TEXT EVEN IF I'M CONNECTED TO WIFI. I'VE RESET AND CONTACTED TECH SUPPORT AND BLAH BLAH BLAH.. ALL THAT STILL NOT WORKING, IS THERE A NETWORK ISSUE RIGHT NOW?

2 days is way to long. I am constantly sending out messages and would totally feel disconnected. Allow us a chance to help fix this. Are you getting any error messages when sending them out? What phone do you use? Is your phone's mobile data turned on and working? What app are you using to send picture messages?
Pictures, unless you use something like Hangouts, iMessage, WhatsApp, etc, will not send unless your phone has data service. The exception is with Verizon Messages+, which can function on Wi-Fi only.
