I am using a note 5. Saved all my voice messages ( am not sure, i think they are on the phone, not the server) and when I call in it says I have no new messages , but whenever I open the app I get a popup saying my mailbox is full . When people call and leave a message I can no longer see it when I tap  on the voicemail app, but i get a notification, and when I tap to open the notigucation,  it automatically calls *8 6 then I can hear the message. Am I missing something here? thanks!

If you have saved a bunch of messages (more than 20, or a particularly long message), it will subtract from the allowed space for your messages, which would explain the full mailbox issue.  If you don't need all the saved messages, then delete them to free space for others to leave messages.

You may want to try an alternative voicemail system like Google voicemail or You Mail.
