driod maxx 2 sd card unmounting on own

We have 2 maxx 2's and both suffer this problem.  They just randomly unmount the sd card.  Now if we turn off the phone pop out the sd card slot and reinsert it the sd card is recognized again.  At least or an 1/2 hr to a couple days then it decides to unmount.   Any ideas?  I am sure we are not the only ones with this issue.

It's very strange to hear that your SD cards are unmounting on their own. I checked to see if there were any issues confirmed by Motorola, but I wasn't able to find any. When did this begin? How old are your SD cards? What software version do you have in your phones http://vz.to/1QRQXbd .
