Why is it that all of the sudden my phone has been getting dropped calls, and when I try to call back the person I was talking to the verizon automated says that it cant complete the number and to call *611, but when i call *611 I get the same verizon automation?! Its never happen before but about 3 weeks ago its been happening sporadically, very frustrating!Dr
