Geeze where do I start. Reading some of the bad reviews on Verizons Customer serivce.... WHere do i start! Honestly I am probably one of the nicest, calmest and most happy personable people you will ever meet! But this time Verizon has really, REALLY gave me a sour stomach ache this time! Im a very good note taker when dealing with them now being that I have been through a bad experience before with the customer service call center. Well on 3/14/16 I made a call and spoke with a rep by the name of Alexis, she was great I told her how I broke my phone really badly out in the hills and that I desperatly needed help getting a new one asap. Well long story short she said she could had and Iphone 6 plus sent to me with 2 day shipping for only $ 90!! I was like OMG your my hero, now im sure she was working magic attempting to help me becasue she placed me on hold off and on for the duration of the call (32mins). Well long story short she said her manager approved it all and tuesday (3/15) it will be delivered. Apparetly somthing happend with the system and in order for it to be finalized her manager would have to call me in the am ( Okay no big deal right) well next day around 1230pm I call and was told we see none of this was noted and I had no pending orders. (Wanted to cry!!) The rep says "let me transfer you to my supervisor" lol her transfer me to asurion ( Phone insurance) oh oh Which as well disappeared from my account!!! I have had inmsurance on my phone since my services began in 2008. Another fishy deal! any way call back again speak with a rep Named Auto, ( The only person that documented GREAT notes in the system for me)!! He tried his hardest to help me he felt so bad I could sincerely hear and feel it! He told me " Vanessa go to a Corportate store Im sure someone will definitely help you" I did that 50 miles away from home! When I got there the corporate manager told me this was wrong he read all thenotes and could see all my efforts in my call log including the minutes I was on the phone, he said " Vanessa Call them back demand they fix this, they need to fix this and make is right request to talk directly to a manager, they had a pending order on your account and we do not want to prolong the prolong the process fro you" okay thank you any way, right! " Vanessa they will fix this you need to be agressive" lol Aggressive me?! I tried callin back talked to Carla again told my story for about 15 minutes ended the call after 28 minutes with no help! I went activated a old barely working phone in the mean time. Called again and talkd to Brea who couldnt do much for me either but say " hey I see the 360 investigation had been filed once they hear the truth with what you have gone through corpll make this right and refund you" we shall see, Right? But i needed a phone and again i put faith that someone will have some integrity, loyalty or even some show soem appreciation in ther customers and follow through with atleast one of the many empy promises!! If anyone at a manager level or that can actually fix this I would beyond words appreciate it!!!
