Why is there no service again in Decatur Indiana??? This is absolutely ridiculous. We had no service just a week ago. You owe me two day credit at least!! I have no communication with my kids right now and if I have an emergency what do I do??? . Get it together Verizon!!
The outage has to be a full 24 hours straight for one to qualify for credit
Plus we lived for hundreds of years without telephones. Not being snarky and I would be upset if the service went down too but we have to realize what we are dealing with. It is a great technology but sometimes there are outages. It happens.
