Play store is saying I need to allow background data, but I don't see how to do it, any ideas?

That box is not checked, Anny other suggestions?

Thanks for taking these steps to troubleshoot, Jax49. We will get to the bottom of this! Did this start after installing any new apps or updates? What is your current system version found in Settings>About tablet? Please also go to Settings>Apps>All>Play Store>Select Clear cache and/or Clear Data then test again.
