My wife's phone now forwards to Google Voice. She doesn't recall ever setting this up, and now calls to her mobile phone do not go through.
I believe dialing *73 from your phone will disable all call forwarding.
She might also check her google Voice settings from her Google account page.
Yep, *73 will un-forward calls. You will hear a series of beeps which confirms the feature is turned OFF.
