How to transfer all files in cloud to mobile phone or computer

I saw a procedure in this forum to transfer files ONE AT A TIME to your computer. There are about 1000 of my photos videos and songs on the cloud, which is almost at the 5Gb limit of the cloud.   Is there a way to download all files in the cloud to a computer?  If not, is there a way to download these files to my mobile phone, a Samsung S6.  I cannot find any function like "Restore" on that phone.

Hmmm first make sure that your phone and your computer has the Verizon Cloud software, you can get it here http://vzw.com/cloud

http://vzw.com/cloudnow Now, let's try your phone first, once you launched the app locate for the menu button on the upper left corner, it looks like 3 horizontal bars.

After tapping that button select "Tools" and locate "Content Restore", tap this option again and this time select the photos you want to restore and poof, tap the "Restore" button, wait for a while and since that is a thousand photos it would be best for you to drink tea or coffee while you wait hehe.

On the desktop part, make sure you have the VZ Cloud for desktop don't just use the normal web application as that takes longer (one at a time), login, then select the "Restore" button and same process it'll be a waiting game :smileyhappy:
