I went in to my local verizon to see about getting my bill lowered it was running $159 a month , the guy at the store told me that he could give me 3 gigs more on my plan and lower my bill to $129.00 a month if i bought a tablet for $49.00 , So i did he never told me there was going to be a $10.00 a month charge for a phone line let alone my bill has a $40.00 a month charge witch i asume is some type of payment for this tablet that i might say that i haven't even taken it out of the box and used it, now i go to the store to try and get it straiten out they don't want to know nothing, great service when they want to sell you a phone plan any problems you have they don't want to talk to you, bottom line is my bill is now $209.00 a month i have this tablet i don't even use and get no help from this company at all , where i come from thats called a good ol fashion [removed] THANKS VERIZON ONE [removal required by the Verizon Wireless Terms of Service] OFF CUSTOMER
