Ever since the update, my Ellipsis 10 will not play videos or have sound. What's going on?

I had the same issue with my wife's Ellipsis 10 tab, the fix was to shut it off completely, wait a couple minutes than turn it back on. She hasn't had a problem with sound or video since. Hope this helps
