I really did not want to come to the discussion boards because the reps I have talked to were very polite and sympathetic but after a week on the phones and many chats it seems that I cannot get any movement on an issue that should have been resolved by now. I contacted Verizon support last Friday about a problem I have had. The support supervisor at that time was very nice and offered to compensate me by sending me an item to correct the issue which I was grateful for and felt it would resolve the problem. Well that is where the real problem began. After almost a week now and calling back almost 10 times I get false promises to be called back by a supervisor or I am told the item will be shipped and arrive (I have been told that three times now and its not here yet). Now I am told oh a supervisor will escalate to their manager and you will get confirmation today (well no confirmation yet and not holding my breath honestly). I have the saved chat conversations and it seems that no one wants to "really" help me or the item would have been shipped. The order number is #[removal required by the Verizon Wireless Terms of Service] and the location code is #[removed] . I just want Verizon to honor what they said they were going to do please.
