IF I switch from prepaid daily plan to another prepaid plan does the account balance on the phone carry over to the new plan?

In order to get online access through my phone I want to switch prepaid plans. I have a large baance on my phone. Do I lose it by changing?

for that I will say call from Verizon phone *611 to reach prepay customer service to obtain right info and ifyou like the answer then make changes
