So i paid off a phone so i could upgrade easy enough you would think. I told the Rep i wanted overnight and i would pay for it, come to find out he wasn't listening to me at all because it shipped two day. Had to call in to find this out. I told them i wanted overnight oh no problem we will cancel the order and just reorder. We will call you back in a half hour it has been two hours no call and guess what the original order has shipped. To say i am pissed is beyond words, i myself work in a customer service industry and if i would have given such bad customer service i would not have a job.
Thanks Verizon once again for screwing up when the hell are you going to make the customer the priority and do what the customer wants, i pay you a lot of money and this is the service and treatment i get nice.
