why the horrible coverage?

so today i "upgraded" to Verizon i opted for the prepaid plan to not worry about a contract. I changed from metro with the promise of better coverage but i have no service inside my house while metro had perfect 4g LTE. even my brothers government free phone has better service than i do. does anyone know why this could be. at this point i regret switching to Verizon and if not fixed will probably change back

VErizon has great coverage, but no provider is everywhere. Why did you switch, was there places Metro didn't work? Having coverage at your home is #1. Verizon may not be right for you.

BY the way, you don't need contracts on postpaid and you get better roaming.

i switched because i thought i would get better coverage in buildings which metro is terrible at.

If in your shoes I would find out which provider your brothers free phone uses if his service is ideal in your area.

Verizon is by far the best in my area. All providers have certain areas where they shine brighter than the rest.
