I switched from AT&T to Verizon about a week or so ago. I have noticed that around my office, which is close to a Verizon building mind you, I have very poor signal where I had great service with AT&T. AT&T had an downloadable app called "Mark The Spot" where you could log areas where signal was weak, or non existent, which I used quite a bit. To the best of my knowledge & searching, I do not believe Verizon has a similar app. Does anyone know if there is something similar to this on Verizon or, if not, if there is anywhere I can go to log dead zones so they can hopefully be corrected?

There isn't an equivalent to the Mark The Spot app for AT&T.

Don't hold your breath waiting for a dead zone to be corrected. You have only 14 days to decide whether you can live with the service.

AT&T likely has a tower closer to your work place, which explains your scenario. Verizon isn't the best for every situation, but overall they do beat the competition.
