Been with Verizon for 8months on contract which was offered by Verizon after being a prepay customer of 5+ years. My service has been disconnected 2x. None of the reps have knowledge that will correct the problem. 4 days of frustration. Looking to another carrier.
Your service has been disconnected two times? I would suggest paying the bill on time every month. It is due on the same date every month.
It has nothing to do with the bill. The bill isn't even due.
A dropped call is not the same as the service "disconnected". You were very vague in your OP. So why don't you provide the community members with the details of your issue.
Why don't you just don't respond..please....if you don't have any positive advice or a decent comment. My post really was for Verizon to recognize my account...and oh btw...after writing a book and a half on this post only for it to not be post for you to have "details". Sorry for you ma'am. Stop assuming. If there isn't enough detail for you...keep it moving. Nothing positive came from your comments.
