Having surveyed the messages of the last 24 hrs or so, I would think there should be some corporate embarrassment or shame. Many of the entries related terrible customer service, inflexibility, graft, trickery and so on.
The canned responses the Moderator offers are a request to speak in private or agree that your mere recognition of our input is sufficient. I'm reading platitudes and bromides as a replacement for solutions.
Why not abandon the pretense of care and shut down the community? I don't see anybody gaining any ground.
