can my friend use a LG G3 that was on AT&T ?
He went to AT&T website and had it unlocked. AT&T says that this website can unlock my friend's AT&T phone:

Does anyone have any luck? When I asked Verizon "Chat", they claim he cannot migrate his LG G3 phone to Verizon.
