T1114 router slow

Hi-

My T1114 Novatel 4G router is very slow and long ping times.  I have a strong (-80 dbm) signal (4 bars) constantly but ping times are long and connections are very slow or not happening.

This is a warranty replacement, the previous device worked great until one day it just wouldn't power up Verizon sent a replacement with a "retired" sim card so this is router  number 3.  Rebooted router many times, tech support little help.

Ideas?

I don't think you can do anything for now beside waiting for device update...

I Googled it and lot of having same issue and some did said it may be fixed in future firmware update.

you can try to change device location different place in house or apartment . I will suggest close to window
