The home, back and ap keys at the bottom of my phone are not working.
Which phone model do you have? What troubleshooting steps have you tried?
my phone is a Droid. I have turned off and on, put phone in safe mode and tried keys etc -- somewhat limited because every time I do something I am stuck in that program until I turn phone off and on again.

oh my gosh!! That worked!! Do you know why? I had already taken the case off and the clear protective sheet thinking that might be the problem ... thank you bearone21!
A DROID? As in the original 2009 vintage model? If not, you need to more specific for which phone model you have.
