How to get back my phone's invoice

Hey hi there !

Let me start all the story from the beginning : last year I was an exchange student in America, and I bought an iPhone 6 Plus as it is cheaper there. Now I'm back to France where I live and everything worked great for a while. I had the bad idea to restore the phone and my phone is now activation locked.

As I don't have the seller's number anymore, I contacted Apple and asked them to unlock the phone but they wouldn't do it unless I provide them the original receipt of the phone. So here I am ! Basically I am wondering if Verizon was able to send me a duplicata of the receipt of my phone.

I can provide the date it's been originally bought on, the IMEI + serial number.

Apple doesn't need any personal information such as the name of the buyer or any confidential stuff, they just told me they needed :

1. Reseller’s name, address, and phone number or website URL

2. Date of purchase when the product was originally sold

3. Itemized product information, including price and product serial number

4. Total price paid

So even if the invoice doesn't show personal informations Apple will take it

Please let me know !

We hope your stay with us in the US was great. We can definitely help in providing you the receipt you are looking for. Keep in mind however that all of our 4G devices are already unlocked. When you purchased your phone, did you activate service with us as well? Can you recall the store location in which you purchased your iPhone 6 Plus?

Actually it was a second-hand purchased phone.

I do not need to GSM-Unlock it as it is already unlocked, I need apple to remove their activation lock from the phone but that can only be done providing the receipt.

As it was purchased from someone I do not know (craiglist) I couldn't say where it's been bought.

As said the only informations I am able to provide are the IMEI number, the serial number and the date it was originally sold. Thanks for your help !

if you didn't purchase phone from V then V will not provide you any info regarding device regardless...

if you had purchased your own then getting that info from seller be all on you no one else regardless.
