Android phones-touch screens

I was wondering if there are and Android phones that have touch screens with haptic feedback vs tactile feedback. I have finger nails and would really like an Android phone, but they all seem to have touch screens with tactile feedback, which basically means they operate by touch not by vibration. Or is there a way to change this in the settings of the phone?

Currently all of the android devices that we offer have a capacitive.

these are haptic feedback. what that means though is that the device vibrates when touched. the device does not respond to vibration, rather it vibrates to let the user know it was succesfully touched. your going to have to touch the screen to use it. your nails will not work. i think what youare think of is more like a bb storm. it actually has keys underneath the screen that are physically pushed with a certain amount of pressure to type. you could always get one with a physical qwerty (old moto droid or lg ally). at least you could type then....but to use the touch screen you're going to have to cut your nails.
