to make a call I have been asked to allow WIFI calling on this account. I have always had WI FI calling and now am not allowed. WHY Help Help Please

I have always used WI FI calling on my 6S iphone. Now suddenly it tells me that I have contact Verizon to authorize it. Even after moving the button to WI FI it goes back to off. What is going on and why suddenly has this happened? Thank you

Have you signed into your MyVerizon account online and go to the My Products tab to see if there is a an option to add wifi calling or HD Voice if it isn't already on your line?
