I have tries everything suggested including soft reset. Hard reset.....or whatever its called. The phone will not stop freezing up. I have googled and it seems this is a know issue for this phone yet there is nothing being done about it.

I’m sure it’s become frustrating to have a device that keeps freezing. I understand your concerns and I want to ensure we do everything we can to resolve this iPhone 6 Plus freezing issue as quickly as possible.
Please tell me a little more on what you’re experiencing with your device freezing. Are you in a particular application when the device freezes? When did this problem begin? Lastly, how often does it freeze? Please let me know so that I can further assist.
