Does The NFL Mobile App Work On My LG Tablet?

I have NFL Mobile on my smartphone and can watch games with no issue. I also have an LG tablet through Verizon, but when I try to verify my Verizon account in NFL Mobile it states the account entered does not match their records. How do I sign into NFL Mobile on my tablet with my Verizon account?

Games can only be watched on a phone, not a tablet.  It has to do with the contract between Verizon and the NFL
