My husband named me from buying egift cards and charging our account. How can i reverse this? I'm an account manager.
If you're an authorized user, you can reach out to us to ensure there are no feature blocks that prevent this eGifting. If that was the way your account was setup, I'd check with the owner to make sure you have permission to do so.

Your husband reported you for what? What are you doing with the gift cards? Who is account owner? Who is financially responsible for the bills on the account?
