How do I check/update my network extender firmware?
SSFamily, it’s important to make sure your hardware is always up to date so that it can function correctly. So I can make sure you get the proper steps to do so, please clarify which network extender you have. Is it the 3G Network Extender or the 4G Network Extender?

We understand wanting to be sure your device is up to date SSFamily. I am happy to help. There is not a manual process for updating the extender as any updates would happen automatically. Are you having any trouble with using your device?
