How do I switch devices while retaining my balance and number?

So I recently bought a used phone off of Amazon, and I want to use this device to replace my current one. Is there a way to keep my balance, number contacts and messages on my old phone and transfer them to the one I bought?
For reference, the device I bought is the LG Extravert and the one I currently have is the LG Cosmos 3.
