I did a factory reset now phone will not turn on. I tried diff battery still nothing. Did the press these buttons still nothing. Plugged into computer and nothing shows up when it's plugged in. What can I do?
If you are in warranty you can replace the device. Or you will have to use insurance (if you have it) or upgrade.
