droid maxx wont turn on

my phone turned off randomly today while plugged in and at ~60%. Now it wont turn back on. I have it plugged in and have tried holding down the power + volume down (and volume up) buttons for almost a minute each time and nothing happens. I need my phone to work and there isn't a verizon store near me!

Let's get your phone functioning at 100% once again! I'm so sorry for the sudden change. How long has the phone been like this now? Was anything else going on with the phone before this happened? What were you last able to do on the phone? Are you using the charger that came with the device? Have you tried other outlets or a USB port instead?
