why do they even have this useless option, you can click and click forever on the "chat" option and it just keeps going around and around, no message, no nothing. Anyone know why!! I hate there site.

Their whole system is messed up!!!! No phone number to contact them any more, stupid PIN that you have to have to access your acct on line now, something is going on with them AND it's messed up!!!!
It works, but wait times to speak with someone or chat is VERY long most times.
