PUK code for iPhone SE

My phone sim is somehow locked and requires a PUK codes. I contacted customer service multiple times and received a message saying "my call cannot be transferred at this time" I also reached out on twitter and was told to call customer service. I'm tired of this game. What is the PUK code?
