My screen will only turn on very intermittently. The screen stays black or sometimes it will turn on but the colors and images will be distorted. I can tell the power is on because I can hear the notifications, the phone will ring, and the power and notification light comes on. This is a refurbished phone that Verizon sent to me because i was having separate issues with my previous LG G4 in October 2016. How can I get my screen to turn on?
